These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online content, forms, resources, and related online services provided by Charter Global Inc., a Georgia corporation (“Charter Global,” “Charter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including charterglobal.com (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through the Site, or otherwise interacting with Site features, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Charter Global
Charter Global provides information technology consulting, digital transformation, application development, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, staffing, workforce, recruiting, and related professional services.
Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational and business purposes.
The Site does not itself create an employment, consulting, staffing, vendor, customer, partnership, agency, or other contractual relationship between you and Charter unless the parties separately enter into a written agreement.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization with respect to your use of the Site.
3. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Charter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for legitimate personal, professional, employment-related, or business purposes.
You may view, download, or print publicly available Site materials for your own lawful, non-commercial informational use, provided that you do not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
No other rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Charter systems, accounts, networks, or information;
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
- Circumvent security or access controls;
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or systematically collect Site content or information except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Charter;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as expressly permitted;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from Site technology except where such restriction is prohibited by law;

- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful information;
- Use information obtained through the Site to violate another person’s privacy or legal rights; or
- Use the Site in a manner that could damage Charter Global, its customers, employees, consultants, candidates, vendors, systems, or reputation.
Charter may restrict or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Charter, its users, or others.
5. Job Opportunities, Candidates, and Recruiting
Charter may publish employment, consulting, contract, staffing, or other professional opportunities through the Site or third-party platforms.
Job descriptions, project opportunities, compensation information, location information, anticipated start dates, durations, and other opportunity-related information may change and do not constitute a guarantee of employment, placement, engagement, or assignment.
Submitting a resume, application, profile, or other information does not:
- Guarantee an interview;
- Guarantee employment or placement;
- Create an employment relationship;
- Create a consulting or independent contractor relationship;
- Require Charter to consider an applicant for any particular position; or
- Require Charter to retain or submit an individual’s information to a customer.
Charter may evaluate candidates for current or future opportunities based on legitimate business requirements and applicable law.
Certain opportunities may be subject to additional requirements, including interviews, customer approval, background screening, employment verification, work authorization verification, drug testing, credential verification, or other lawful requirements.
Charter’s collection and use of candidate and applicant information is described in the Charter Global Privacy Policy.
6. Candidate and Resume Submissions
If you submit a resume, application, profile, or other professional information, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
You agree not to submit another individual’s resume, identity documents, or Personal Information without appropriate authorization.
Information submitted for recruiting purposes may be considered for current or future opportunities and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Submission of information through the Site does not transfer ownership of your underlying Personal Information to Charter.
7. Customers, Vendors, and Business Inquiries
The Site may allow prospective customers, vendors, consultants, business partners, or other organizations to contact Charter regarding potential business relationships.
Submitting an inquiry, proposal, request for information, or other communication does not create a contractual relationship or obligate Charter to enter into any transaction.
Any actual consulting, staffing, software, project, vendor, or professional-services relationship will be governed by the applicable separately executed agreement, which may include a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Statement of Work (“SOW”), purchase order, vendor agreement, staffing agreement, or other written contract.
If these Terms conflict with a separately executed agreement concerning the same subject matter, the separately executed agreement will control.
8. Accuracy of Website Information
Charter endeavors to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that all Site content will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.
Information concerning services, capabilities, technologies, job opportunities, customers, projects, locations, personnel, or other matters may change without notice.
You should independently verify information before relying on it for a material business, employment, financial, legal, or other decision.
9. Artificial Intelligence and Technology Content
The Site may contain information regarding artificial intelligence, automation, software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or other technologies.
Such information is provided for general informational and business purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, security, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Any specific technology implementation or professional engagement will be governed by the applicable customer agreement, SOW, or other written arrangement.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, service marks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Charter Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in Charter intellectual property is transferred to you.
Charter Global, its logos, service names, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of Charter Global Inc. or its licensors.
You may not use Charter’s trademarks, logos, branding, or other proprietary materials without prior written authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
11. User Submissions and Feedback
If you submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback concerning Charter’s Site or Services, Charter may use that feedback for legitimate business purposes without compensation or obligation to you, provided that Charter handles Personal Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
This Section does not transfer ownership of resumes, candidate Personal Information, confidential customer information, or materials governed by a separate written agreement.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information through a general Site form unless Charter has specifically requested it or an appropriate agreement is in place.
12. Privacy
Charter’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of Personal Information is described in the Charter Global Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy includes information concerning website visitors, candidates, applicants, consultants, customers, prospects, vendors, recruiting communications, marketing communications, privacy rights, and methods for submitting privacy requests.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have access to the Privacy Policy.
13. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with Charter electronically, you consent to receiving responsive electronic communications from Charter where appropriate.
Marketing and recruiting communications are subject to applicable law and the choices described in Charter’s Privacy Policy.
Recipients may opt out of applicable marketing or recruiting communications using an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting Charter as described in the Privacy Policy.
Opting out of promotional or recruiting communications does not prevent Charter from sending transactional, employment-related, contractual, security, legal, or other non-promotional communications where appropriate.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, job boards, social networks, software, or other services.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Charter does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party websites, content, products, security practices, availability, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
15. Security
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, interfere with, or defeat security features of the Site.
Charter maintains safeguards designed to protect its systems and information, but no website, network, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices, accounts, networks, and communications.
16. No Professional Advice
Information available through the Site is provided for general informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Site content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, immigration, employment, financial, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
CHARTER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CHARTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
- ALL SITE CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT;
- DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED; OR
- THE SITE OR SERVERS WILL BE FREE FROM ALL HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHARTER GLOBAL INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHARTER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE PUBLIC SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
The foregoing limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Liability arising under a separately executed agreement with Charter will be governed by that agreement rather than this Section.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charter Global Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Site;
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Information or materials you submit without appropriate rights or authorization; or
- Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
This Section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification obligations contained in a separately executed agreement will control with respect to matters governed by that agreement.
20. Suspension and Termination
Charter may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site if Charter reasonably believes that:
- These Terms have been materially violated;
- The Site is being used unlawfully or fraudulently;
- Use creates a security risk;
- Access threatens Charter’s systems or other users; or
- Restriction is required by applicable law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising solely from use of the public Site or these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Fulton County, Georgia.
This Section does not alter dispute-resolution, governing-law, arbitration, or venue provisions contained in a separately executed agreement with Charter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief where legally available.
22. Changes to the Site and These Terms
Charter may modify the Site or these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When these Terms are updated, Charter will revise the “Last Updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, Charter will provide additional notice regarding material changes.
Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. No Waiver
Charter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or Charter’s right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Charter Global Privacy Policy constitute the terms governing use of the public Site.
They do not replace or modify an applicable employment agreement, offer letter, MSA, SOW, purchase order, vendor agreement, staffing agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other separately executed agreement.
If a separately executed agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning the subject matter governed by that agreement, the separately executed agreement will control.
